Just spent four days at the Whitley. Club level is the same great experience - best breakfast buffet in town as well as snacks all day and nightcaps. Club staff left us champaigne in our suite and made us a cake to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The fireplace was removed before the rebranding, but was replaced with a vibrant bar area. Rumor is that a new fireplace is planned. We asked about the upcoming renovation and were assured that the Club will remain with the new design. Staff has been carried over and saw many familiar faces. Looking forward to seeing the decor after the renovation.
Yep! There's a sauna!
You need to call because the Ritz is closing and is being renamed.
Know the Creed and be persistent and consistent be all that you can be and do it all with the servant's heart another then that there's no guarantee but at least you know you tried
More space
No. Hotel shuttle stays within 2 miles of hotel but they will pick you up from Buckhead train station which is direct shot to & from airport.
I was told after 14:00 (was a guest there)
I'm at at The Whitley regularly but did not notice the last Friday I was there, about a month or so ago
Check out is at 3.
Not sure since the name changed
Ritzy glitzy
Imagine a home not only defined by sophisticated style and sumptuous furnishings, but equipped with impeccable service delivered by The Ritz-Carlton. From housekeeping and valet services to gourmet dining and dedicated concierge, you’ll enjoy five-star living.
We visit friends in the building all the time. The staff is remarkable. They always remember us and greet us by name. The valet parking is prompt and helpful. You can tell that the building is very well managed.
High end service
Greeeeeat place
Not too many reviews on here except real estate agents. The building is nice but it's a 'concrete world' not appropriate for young children. It's VERY important you meet and get to know your neighbors before buying here. Our neighbors were strangely odd, (Melanie and Martin Spintzer) who owned two separate units side by side due their inability to get along. We had to listen to them argue across units day in and day out. (Neither of them worked). She began an affair with an Iranian gentleman a few floors up which made matters worse. She didn't want to vaccinate her kids which meant they were constantly sick, irritable and crying. When they weren't sick, she let them play in the hallways. Very uncomfortable since the day we moved in. Just an arrogant blonde lady very challenging to get along with. Valet service is excellent however.
Horrible parking and its attached to an office building
We used to own a unit in the building. I regret that we moved, but we were transferred to Florida. JB and the entire Ritz staff were exceptional. The services and amenities were beyond compare. There is a house phone in every unit - you just call the front desk for valet parking service, porter service, engineering service. The staff is so well trained; they do everything for you. They even arrange for over-night car washing in the Ritz garage. There was ample guest parking too... a rarity for a condo tower. It really is a "happy building". We enjoyed our neighbors too - just a great experience. We would move back in a minute, if we ever return to Atlanta.
I love it here, especially the restuatant on the main level is a nice perk.
This is an exceptional condominium building. Amazing amenities, fantastic staff, great restaurants on site and all under the Ritz-Carlton umbrella. Love this place
The best luxury residence in Atlanta. It's a lifestyle that you won't believe.
